New York City based.
I work as a UX Designer and Product Manager for PILOT.coach, a start-up in New York City. I am responsible for end-to-end design, usability testing and product concierage. I also work on freelance projects. I am driven by user-centered design with a passion for communicating the needs of the user. My strengths are grounded in research and creating simple and attractive design solutions for the user.
I love traveling (check out my personal blog The Weekender Guide) and am a voracious reader currently loving sci-fi and thrillers. My hobbies including ordering food, running only when the weather is absolutely perfect and going on tours de cheese around New York City.
I worked in politics on Capitol Hill and with a start-up non-profit in New York City in inner-city education. I received my B.A. at Loyola University Maryland in History and my M.A. in U.S. Foreign Policy at American University.
Working in these fields, I have strengthened my research and communication skills that have directly impacted my UX career. I am able to analyze and express the needs of the user as well as present the user needs to all stakeholders.
